Harry Koutroulakis,DMD, MAGD or “Dr Harry” as most of his patients call him, was born and raised in Beaufort, SC. He received his B.S. in Biology degree from the College of Charleston and his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Medical University of South Carolina.Dr Harry has been serving his patients in Lugoff since 1988.His office is proud of the fact that since 2005 it has used and uses digital X rays that emit just a fraction of the radiation that the “old style” X ray equipment exposes.

The newest technology uses 3D images to scan teeth instead of impressions.

He and his excellent staff are committed to giving the very best care to their patients as they do for their own families. Dr Harry is a General Dentist but also believes in using the very best specialists in the area to give his patients the best outcome.“When doing complex cases, dentistry is a team effort”. Whether it is a periodontist, oral surgeon, endodontist, orthodontist, or a pedodontist, Dr Harry considers the specialists to be part of his team to give the very best care possible for his patients and family.

Continuing education is a driving force in Dr Harry’s love of dentistry.
