We can file most insurance for you , even though we are not on the list.  Your insurance is a contract between

you, (your employer) and the insurance company.  We will file your claim for you and assist you any way we can.

As of October 15, 2016 due to new government regulations-  We are NOT accepting NEW MEDICAID patients, if you are currently our Medicaid patient, we will continue to serve you.
